We deliver abroad with UPS. In Europe we predominantly use the roadbased Standard service, and to select EU and all other destinations Express Saver air freight service. Please allow up to 7 working days for deliveries. You can track your delivery.

If a product is delivered outside the EU, the customer is responsible for any customs charges, import charges and any other charges that may apply. Please contact your local customs office for more information.
Nostalgiatalo Oy cannot be held accountable for any delays in delivery not dependent on us, including delays caused by customs procedures.
Please also note, if ordering from abroad, that there may be charges on payments not dependent on us, but by PayPal or your credit card issuer. These are not charges we can or will reimburse, so please check with your provider before ordering.
If any issues with your order arise, we will be in touch via e-mail, so please ensure your address is current and correct.

Should you wish to return a product you have ordered, please contact firstname.lastname@example.org for the return address within 14 days of receiving your order.
The customer is responsible for returning the product using a recorded delivery method, and for all costs involved. Nostalgiatalo Oy does not offer free returns. Once a product is returned, we refund the cost of the product – providing the product is in a pristine unused condition with tags on and in original packaging – but not the delivery cost.
We do not accept returns of customised or custom made items or gift vouchers.
Please note that not picking up your delivery is not a return; Nostalgiatalo Oy will recover any additional costs to it from the value of the order once the product has arrived back at the warehouse.
The delivery cost also covers packaging materials and other associated expenses.
Depending on product availability at the time, we are happy to exchange your order to a different size or style. Please e-mail us at email@example.com with the details and we’ll take it from there.
